Meet the Team

Bill Sexton

Director


Bill is a veteran of the Commercial Property Industry having held leadership positions at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, FPD Savills, and Citigroup Property Investors.  He was co-founder of GPT Halverton, a pan-European real estate fund and asset management business, and also co-founder of Mount Street Loan Solutions.  He is currently President EMEA of Trimont Real Estate Advisors, specialising in the asset management of complex performing and non-performing credit on behalf of commercial real estate lenders and investors around the world.


Bill started developing residential property in his 20s starting with a 2-bedroomed flat in South West London.  Over the years he has invested in various projects throughout the UK and Spain both as buy-to-let properties and to sell.

Anabel Sexton

Director


Anabel is an experienced Sports Industry Executive who runs her own Activewear Brand, Boudavida Limited.  In addition she has held a number of Non-Executive Directorships on boards such as England Netball, The England Golf Partnership, and The Sport & Recreation Alliance.  She is currently Chair of Endeavour Academy Trust, and Governor of Millfield School.


Anabel began developing residential property over 25 years ago when she and her sister bought a run down 4-bedroomed terraced house in Fulham.  They added a loft conversion, a new kitchen and bathroom, decorated it and sold it for a profit.  Since then Anabel has worked on numerous projects in London, the Home Counties and the South West and built up an enviable network of architects, building contractors, planning consultants and landscapers.  Projects have included renovations, conversions, refurbishments and new-builds, all of which are finished with a keen eye on style and the ultimate attention to detail.
